Update: Switching Backgrounds

New behavior added to this resource pack:

Switch Backgrounds: allows you to change the opacity of background layers based on the camera's center position. Can be used to simulate background changes, like a Mega Man X game.

Also fixed a variety of typos in the behavior's descriptions and in the documentation.
